A magnificent pair of all brass four poster beds with delicate posts, ornate brass casting in the head panels below serpentine rails, decorative brass knee-caps and arched canopies.
These superb four poster beds were originally manufactured in Birmingham, UK, circa 1880, and exported to North Africa.
The brass patina on the beds is an even mellow hue with natural tarnishing, however the brass can be repolished if required. Please ask for a quote.
These beds will accept a wide single, 3ft 6in (42 inches) wide by 6ft 6in (78in) long bases and mattress.
The height to the top of the crown is just over 2m.
The price includes 2 x 42" wide by 78" long firm bed bases. The mattresses are extra and can be provided.
