An early Victorian mahogany four poster bed with fine front posts and corniced canopy with hanging rails. This four poster bed is almost entirely original from the mid-Nineteenth Century and is an exceptional piece.
The upholstered back board can be positioned as high or as low as you wish and can be changed for an arched shape if requested. We will upholster the backboard in a fabric of your choice and provide a canopy infil also covered in a fabric of your choice. We can also supply drapes for the back and the hanging rails if required.
The price includes a 3"deep firm bed base in cream damask to support the mattress.
This bed takes a 5ft wide (UK King) mattress and base with cutouts around the front posts.
