A brass and iron bedstead, with straight top brass rails and attractive ring and spindle decoration running along the head and the foot panel. This bedstead is finished in traditional black with hand painted gold line work on the decorative castings.
This bedstead has been extended to the 5ft width from an original Victorian frame, Circa 1890.
The quilt displayed on this bed is the Lou Blue by Mas d'Ousvan.
